Wedding Design & Planning
A full wedding coordination means that we will work with the couple from the beginning of the engagement until after the couple says, “I DO”. We’ll help set up tours and tastings, reserve venues, caterers, music and all other wedding essentials. It includes day of coordination, set up/ breakdown and timeline of events to ensure your special day exceeds your expectations.

Partial Wedding Coordination
This service is for those who have bits and pieces of their special day planned. You’ve booked a venue and have done several things on your own. However, you still need to book some vendors and now recognize that you need help pulling everything together to make sure your day is stress free. This service will begin 8-10 weeks prior to your special day. It will include set up/breakdown and coordination with your planned vendors.

Month of Coordination
It’s now the day of your wedding. You have planned everything down to the finest detail, but want to make sure everything will be smooth sailing. As day of coordinators we will take over all your planning. This will allow you to focus on enjoying the fruits of your labor and your special day. We’ll handle those final transactions between vendors and ensure that everything runs on tight, but comfortable schedule.
